XIAOXIAO WU

Xiaoxiao Wu is an interdisciplinary artist working between Los Angeles and Shanghai, known for her sharp wit and cross-cultural narratives. Born and raised in Shanghai, she moved to Los Angeles after earning a Bachelor of Arts from Western Oregon University and completed her Master of Fine Arts at Otis College of Art and Design in 2020.

Her practice spans painting, sculpture, and video, delving into themes of cultural identity, migration, and societal power dynamics. Through a blend of humor and critical reflection, Xiaoxiao’s work provokes thought and invites audiences to engage with contemporary cultural dialogues. She has also participated in collaborative projects, including those with ARTDROP., contributing to the vibrant Los Angeles art scene.
